Students need a safe and comfortable living space in order to thrive during their college years. That’s why we do our best to listen to our tenants and make Alta the best it can be.
Community
Alta Apartments offers an ideal living space not only for students attending BYU or UVU but also for young working adults. Our vibrant community provides a friendly atmosphere with a new pickleball/basketball court, a volleyball court and a swimming pool. We also have an onsite laundry and a lounge that features a 65" TV. We have ample parking for all of our residents. We are conveniently located near the BYU Football stadium on University Avenue.
