We have immediate‑start contracts available for the remainder of the 2025–2026 contract year. These run from now through mid‑August 2026 and come from current tenants transferring their contracts.

Rent is $445 per month for regular apartments and $485 per month for upgraded. Utilities are $70 per month.
We require a security deposit of $430 up front, and we require first and last months rent payment before you move in. There is also a $50 application fee. If you sell your contract at any point, there is also a $100 cancellation fee.
$130 of the security deposit is non-refundable to pay for regular maintenance.
Alta offers some of the best parking in Provo. We have a large main lot plus an extended overflow area reserved for our residents — so finding a spot is never a hassle.
Parking is $240 for the contract year, paid upfront when you move in.
BYU is about a 15-25 minute walk away from Alta. There are also shuttles in neighboring complexes that go to BYU and UVU.
