Rent is $445 per month for regular apartments and $485 per month for upgraded. Utilities are $70 per month.
Apart from the application fee, we require:
1. Security Deposit ($430)
2. First and Last Month's Rent paid upfront.
NO hidden monthly fees whatsoever! Simply rent and utilities, with an option for an annual parking pass.
$130 of the security deposit is non-refundable to pay for regular maintenance.
Alta offers some of the best parking in Provo. We have a large main lot plus an extended overflow area reserved for our residents — so finding a spot is never a hassle.
Parking is $240 for the contract year, paid upfront when you move in.
BYU is about a 10-20 minute walk away from Alta. There are also shuttles nearby that go to BYU and UVU.
