Rent is $415 per month for regular apartments and $440 per month for upgraded. Utilities are $60 per month.
We require a security deposit of the rent cost ($415 or $440) up front, and we require first and last months rent payment before you move in. There is also a $50 application fee.
$115 of the security deposit is non-refundable to pay for regular maintenance.
If you sell your contract at any point, there is also a $100 cancellation fee.
