Rent is $415 per month for regular apartments and $440 per month for upgraded. Utilities are $60 per month.
We require a security deposit of the rent cost ($415 or $440) up front, and we require first and last months rent payment before you move in. There is also a $50 application fee.
$115 of the security deposit is non-refundable. If you sell your contract at any point, there is also a $100 cancellation fee.
We have some of the best parking among housing in Provo! We have a large lot as well as an extended overflow for our tenants. Parking is $240 for the contract year. It is paid upfront when you move in.
BYU is about a 15-25 minute walk away from Alta. There are also shuttles in neighboring complexes that go to BYU.
